BINAHTIT TRIBE:
GROUP COACHING

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A "WOMAN OF VALOR", OR IN HEBREW "ESHET CHAYIL"?

The “Binahtit Tribe: Group Coaching” is a community of women who choose to grow together. They can hear your voice, infuse you with courage, and help keep you accountable throughout your journey. Having a community helps women to connect to their Divine potential and resist the temptation to give up along the way.

Many of us choose to live life behind the scenes, “dim the inner light,” so to speak, in order to please others. As a result, we negate our own heart’s desires.

When we don’t live our authentic realities, we succumb to excuses, procrastination, frustration, jealousy and comparison. We internalize the feeling that we are not enough, and end up focusing on what we do not have, rather than what we are capable of having.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A "WOMAN OF VALOR", OR IN HEBREW "ESHET CHAYIL"?

Chayil translates to “power and army” and eshet translates to “woman and wife.” In essence, a woman of valor is a powerful, resourceful, self- sufficient and feminine being. The word binahtit corresponds to the sphere Binah on the Tree of Life. In Kabbalah, the Tree of Life—or the blueprint of Creation—contains ten different vessels (spheres) that work with one another to create a state of harmony. Binah literally corresponds to the energy of the Divine Mother.

A Binahtit is a woman who actively chooses to become an instrument of the Divine Mother. Therefore, binahtit is an expression of the attributes of binah—joy, inspiration, patience, accountability, passion, and infinite possibilities. Navigating your own path of Binahtit takes a tribe. As we all strive individually to make an impact,
we often need support to persist along the path of valor.
