Where Ayurvedic wisdom meets Kabbalistic healing — decoded for your unique body.

YOUR BODY IS BRILLIANT

The human body is a magnificent work of art — a perfect orchestra of form and function. According to Ayurvedic medicine, your body holds the innate wisdom to return to balance. Not a fixed, rigid state — but a living, breathing dynamic balance that moves with you through every season of life.

When that balance is disturbed — by stress, by food, by relationships, by the stories we tell ourselves — your body speaks. Most of us have been taught to silence that voice. I teach you to listen to it.

In Hebrew, the word briut (health) contains within it the word boreh (creator). You are not a passive recipient of your health. You are its creator.

The real work is not on the outside. It is learning to change what you are broadcasting from within.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAxIMIZE YOUR HEALTH?

The human body—what a magnificent work of art! A perfect orchestra of form and function. According to Ayurvedic medicine, the body has the innate wisdom to remain in a state of balance. The concept of health is defined as “dynamic balance,” which refers to the constant fluctuation of going in and out of balance. Our lifestyles, dietary choices, relationships, and mental and emotional states often disturb our balance. Like other alternative views on health, Ayurveda emphasizes the deep connection between mind, body and  spirit.     Furthermore, it extends this connection beyond the human form and into the cosmos.

According to Ayurvedic Medicine, each one of us has a unique body type that is based on a combination of the five elements— the same five elements that exist within the cosmos. This interlocking relationship is the key to understanding your own health and your impact on your environment.

The fundamental cause of disease isan imbalance of the five elements, either within you or within your environment. Your body has the inherent intelligence to overcome disease and reclaim wellbeing.

The aspects of health and balance alwaysremain alongside the imbalanced state within your body. This important reservoir of health is the foundation to attain balance. When the five elements are restored to balance within your mind and body, a ripple effect takes place within your environment and the universe at large.

You are made of the same elements as the cosmos.

According to Ayurvedic Medicine, each of us has a unique body type based on a combination of the five elements — the same five elements that exist within the cosmos. This interlocking relationship is the key to understanding your own health and your impact on your environment.

When these elements fall out of balance — within you or within your environment — your body signals. But here is what most people don’t know: the aspects of health and balance always remain present within you. That reservoir never disappears. We simply need to find it again.

I believe perfect health is your natural state of being.

In today’s culture of high-stress work-life demands, your own needs are often the first to be ignored.

Working with thousands of women — in hospitals and private settings — I’ve seen the same pattern again and again. They follow the newest diet, the latest fitness trend, the next wellness protocol. And yet something remains stuck. Because the unhealthy habits still live in the mind, not the body.

You have your own Health Map — a unique combination of your biochemistry, metabolism, anatomy, genetics, lifestyle and inner world. When we decode that map together, everything changes.

Universal Kabbalah echoes similar views, and adds another layer by emphasizing the connection between the quality of your ‘Internal Dialogue’ and your state of wellbeing. In Hebrew, the words, briut (health) contains within it the word boreh (creator). The power of creation resides within our mind and our imagination, and not solely within our actions. In order for true healing to occur, you must remove the mental causative factor. Repetitive thoughts, both negative and positive, can either manifest as disease or a state of health.

I believe that health is your natural stateof being. However, in today’s culture of high-stress work-life demands, your own needs are often ignored. Working with thousands of people, both in hospitals and private settings, I’ve come across many who believed that being healthy only required changing their physical actions. They would often follow the newest fad diet, or the latest fitness trends without tapping into the root cause of their health issues. Unhealthy habits still existed within their mind.

You have your own “Health Map” that is composed of your unique biochemistry, metabolism, anatomy, genetics, lifestyle and psychological factors.   As a result, you have a unique set of chemical, emotional and mental tendencies that specifically affect your needs and health status.

Whether you’re healthy and looking to maximize your potential, or your health is compromised and in need of healing, my goal is to help you regain a state of wellness. Together we will tap into the wisdom of your unique Health Map so you can maximize your vitality and create long-lasting outcomes.
