I’m Sivan, and I have dedicated my life to helping women come home to themselves. I know this path intimately, not because I studied it from the outside, but because I walked it from within. At 51, I welcomed my son into the world, a miracle that came not from force or desperation, but from learning to receive what was already mine.

Drawing on over 30 years of experience in clinical nutrition, Kabbalistic wisdom, Ayurvedic medicine and Miracle-Minded Coaching, I created the Binahtit Method, a deeply feminine path back to your most radiant, authentic and limitless self.
