YOUR MIND IS NOT SOMETHING TO NEGATE.
IT IS SOMETHING TO FREE.

For people ready to stop managing their thoughts and start directing them — with science,
with sacred wisdom, and with complete respect for where you are.

As a spiritual life coach, I see this every day: the mind runs the show, replaying old conversations, rehearsing worst-case scenarios, narrating a constant stream of judgment we’ve learned to call thinking. “Just think positive.” “It’s all in your mindset.” “You need to manage your stress better.” None of that is the full picture — your mind isn’t failing you, it’s a nervous system nobody ever taught to feel safe, carrying patterns that were written into you long before you had a say.

I know this not just as a Miracle-Minded Coach trained under Marianne Williamson, but as a woman. The mind doesn’t need control — it needs understanding. When you understand what’s underneath your thoughts, something shifts, and you stop being a passenger in your own mind and start becoming its author.

For over three decades I’ve helped people work with their minds instead of against them, through nutrition, nervous system regulation, and inner work that rewires belief, not just behavior — this is the Binahtit Method, applied to the mind.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO THINK YOUR WAY OUT OF THIS ALONE

YOUR MIND IS CHANGEABLE. YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO BE TRAPPED IN IT.

Your mind is changeable — you were never meant to be trapped in it. What many people don’t realize is how wide the symptoms of an unfree mind can be. Yes, there’s the overthinking and the racing thoughts at 3am. But there’s also the anxiety that arrives for no reason, the self-doubt that questions every decision, and the deep fatigue of carrying beliefs that were never yours to begin with.

Then there are the relationships. The patterns we repeat without realizing it, the walls we build, the love we can’t quite let in. Somewhere, a younger version of us decided it wasn’t safe. This isn’t who you are, it’s what happens when a powerful mind goes unguided.

Freedom of mind looks different for everyone. Some work through nervous system regulation, some through subconscious reprogramming, some through both — there’s no right or wrong, only what’s right for you. A racing, anxious, or self-doubting mind doesn’t make you less capable, less worthy, or less powerful.

THE SPIRITUAL DIMENSION OF THIS FREEDOM

In Kabbalah, there’s a concept called Chochmah — flashing wisdom, the spark of insight that arrives before the mind has time to overthink it. It’s the energy of someone who has moved beyond mental noise into full discernment.

Freedom of the mind isn’t a self-improvement project. In the deepest traditions, it’s a remembering — the moment you stop identifying with every thought that passes through you and reconnect with the awareness underneath it all. The quiet mind was never about the absence of thought, but mastery over which thoughts get a voice.

There’s an old teaching that imagination isn’t separate from creation — it’s the first act of it. What you dwell in becomes the blueprint your outer life moves toward. A freed mind doesn’t just feel calmer. It becomes a deliberate instrument, capable of imagining a life before it arrives.

My work is to help you reclaim that freedom — so your thoughts become something you direct, not something that happens to you.

THIS IS NERVOUS SYSTEM, NOT PERSONALITY

Science backs this up, and it changes everything once you understand it. The anxiety, the overthinking, the self-doubt you’re experiencing are real — they’re not a character flaw, and they’re not permanent. What you believe, how you regulate your nervous system, how you sleep and move, and what you focus on can all reshape how your mind responds to stress. This directly impacts your clarity, your confidence, and your relationships.

Neuroplasticity research shows our thought patterns aren’t fixed. research shows our thought patterns aren’t fixed. What you believe, how you regulate your nervous system, and how you sleep and move can all reshape how your mind responds to stress. This impacts your clarity, your confidence, and your relationships.

This is why my approach as a spiritual coach goes so much deeper than positive thinking.

WHAT I WILL AND WON'T PROMISE YOU

Sivan Einav, Registered Dietitian and Ayurvedic Practitioner

I won’t pretend this work is simple, or that it looks the same for everyone. Every mind is different, every history is different, and no protocol works identically twice.

What I can promise: every evidence-based, spiritually grounded tool I have, so you move through this with as much ease and clarity as possible.

Some things are within your control — your beliefs, your nervous system, your practices — and that’s where we focus. Other things belong to the natural rhythm of healing — the timing of your breakthroughs, the pace of release. Learning to honor that rhythm, rather than fight it, is part of the work.

This isn’t giving up. It’s the most intelligent thing you can do for yourself.

My Mantra & Mission

As a spiritual life coach, my mission is simple: I want you to fall asleep without spiraling and wake up without dread. I want you to make decisions without a committee of fear running the vote. I want you to sit across from the people you love without half your attention stuck in a loop somewhere else. This work isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about finally getting to meet the one who was always underneath the noise.

Who is this for?

You don’t have to be in crisis for your mind to need attention. Sometimes it’s quieter than that — a low hum of exhaustion, a life that looks fine from the outside. Something inside keeps asking to be noticed. As a spiritual life coach, I see this more often than people expect.

This is for you if:

01 — You’re the one everyone comes to for advice, but you can’t quiet your own mind when you’re alone at night.

02 — You’ve read every book and tried every technique, and you’re still waiting for the noise to stop.

03 — You function perfectly well on the outside while carrying an exhaustion nobody else can see.

04 — You’re tired of being told to “just relax” by people who’ve never lived inside your mind.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need to stop pretending the noise is normal.

THIS IS THE CHAPTER WHERE YOUR MIND STOPS BEING THE OBSTACLE.
What could you build if it became your greatest ally instead?

THE BINAHTIT METHOD

My approach as a spiritual life coach is not a protocol. It’s a deeply personal, integrative journey I built on five pillars that address every part of who you are

01 — Functional Nutrition Targeted dietary protocols to support brain health, reduce inflammation, and stabilize mood — rooted in the latest research in nutritional psychiatry and epigenetics.

02 — Ayurvedic Medicine Ancient restorative practices that bring your mind and nervous system back into balance — addressing the root cause of mental overwhelm rather than masking it.

03 — Yoga & Movement Restorative and strength-building sequences designed to regulate your nervous system, reduce cortisol, and bring your mind into a state of ease and receptivity.

04 — Meditation & Nervous System Work Guided practices that calm the stress hormones which amplify anxious thinking — creating an inner environment that is safe, settled, and deeply nourished.

05 — Miracle Minded Coaching Spiritual and emotional coaching to release fear, limiting beliefs, and resistance — and step into the identity of a person who knows their mind is theirs to direct.
