For over three decades, I’ve worked with women through every stage of this journey — exhausted, overwhelmed, told suffering was inevitable. Again and again, I’ve watched what happens when a woman receives the right support: nutritionally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically.

In many indigenous and ancient traditions, the woman who had passed through this threshold was considered the most powerful in her community — the elder, the healer, the one whose counsel was sought above all others.
We have lost this understanding in modern culture, and women are suffering for it. My work is to help you reclaim the true meaning of this passage, so you move through it not as something happening to you, but as something awakening within you.
