Where It All Began ...

I’m Sivan Einav — a Registered Dietitian, Ayurvedic practitioner, and Miracle-Minded Coach. But this work didn’t begin with a degree. It began in Israel, where I was born and raised. From the very beginning, I was surrounded by the mystery and power of the feminine.

My grandmother Deborah, my mother Hadasa, and my auntie Shoshanah were my first teachers. To me, they were the living embodiment of the Divine Feminine. They were wise, grounded, and deeply connected to the healing power of the natural world.

In our home, the kitchen was not just a place for cooking. In times of need, it became a laboratory.

Herbs, remedies, ancient knowledge passed from woman to woman — this was the world I grew up in. In turn, it shaped everything I would become.

At ten years old I became vegan, mentored by an extraordinary doctor and healer. That mentorship opened my eyes to the profound intelligence of food, vitamins and plants. That early passion became a calling. I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and herbology. Then, in my early twenties, I moved to New York City to expand my studies and share my love of conscious living. There I completed a Master’s degree in Nutrition and studied Ayurvedic Medicine with Dr. Aparna Bapat.

I began my career as a Registered Dietitian and clinical nutritionist at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. There, I worked primarily with pregnant women, children, and adults with endocrine disorders. It was there that I first understood how deeply the body, the mind, and the soul are intertwined. I saw firsthand how true healing requires attention to all three.

The Path Deepens

At the end of my twenties, I was blessed to meet my spiritual mentor, Dr. Joseph Michael Levry. He is a world-renowned Kabbalist and the founder of Naam. He helped me dive deeper into the ancient wisdom of Kabbalah and Yoga. Over the years that followed, I became an active member of the International Naam Yoga Therapies Teacher Training Program. In that role, I taught Universal Kabbalah across the US, Mexico, Brazil and Israel. Along the way, I was certified in Harmonyum, an alternative healing technique that balances the autonomic nervous system. It supports the body’s natural capacity to heal and restore itself. Eventually, I became a certified [Miracle-Minded Coach](link to Coaching page) under the guidance of Marianne Williamson. That training deepened my understanding of love, forgiveness, and spiritual transformation as tools for healing.

My work with clients grew organically from nutrition and Ayurveda, my foundation as a Registered Dietitian. Eventually, it became something far richer: coaching on relationships, career, personal development, and spiritual awakening. It reminded me of a dream I had carried since childhood: to become a Renaissance Woman. That meant never being confined to one area, never reducing a human being to a single diagnosis or category.

I believe with every part of my soul that we are beautifully complex beings. True transformation, in turn, requires us to tend to every layer — mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

From Registered Dietitian to Renaissance Woman

Naturally, as time went by, my mission became clearer and my methods more refined. What began as a calling became a movement. Women from around the world found their way home to themselves, one session, one retreat, one awakening at a time.

My mission is to bring women together to celebrate their feminine power. Together, we help them stop chasing and start receiving, so they can live as the Woman of Valor they were always meant to be.

I have had the privilege of walking alongside thousands of women from around the world, each one carrying a unique story. Time and again, each one discovers that the life she longed for was never out of reach. It was always waiting within her.

And it is from this place of deep knowing and lived experience that I show up for every woman I work with.

Who is Binahtit...

bi•nah•tit; Hebrew בינתית; noun

The word Binahtit, phonetically pronounced Bi’Na’Tit, corresponds to the sphere of Binah on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life — the blueprint of Creation.

In Kabbalah, the Tree of Life contains 10 vessels that work together to create harmony. Binah is the energy of the Divine Mother — the great feminine force that holds within it joy, inspiration, patience, accountability, passion and infinite possibility.

A Binahtit is a Woman of Valor — an instrument of the Divine Mother. Guided by the Divine Feminine, she is here not only to heal herself, but to manifest miracles in love, career and wellbeing, and to birth that healing into the world around her.
