I began my career as a clinical nutritionist in St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Most of my patients were pregnant women, children, and adults with endocrine disorders. At the end of my 20’s, I was blessed to meet my spiritual mentor Dr. Joseph Michael Levry – a world renown Kabbalist and the founder of Naam – who helped me to delve deeper into the wisdom of Kabbalah and Yoga.

I became an active member of the International Naam Yoga Therapies Teacher Training Program Team. I taught Universal Kabbalah in various locations in the US, Mexico, Brazil and Israel. I was certified in Harmonyum, an alternative healing technique that balances the autonomic nervous system, promoting the body’s capacity to heal itself and slow the aging process. I began to juggle many projects, and although it felt gratifying eventually, my body became over taxed. I decided to give up the security of a 9-5 job, and focus solely on building my own coaching business.

My consultations with clients were nutritional and Ayurvedic focused, but grew organically to include coaching on relationships, career, and personal development. It gave me a platform to share all of my gifts, and reminded me of my childhood dream of becoming a “Renaissance Woman.” I was never comfortable being labeled or being confined to one area. 

I believe with all of my heart that human beings are beautifully complex, and true healing requires attention to all areas: mental, physical and emotional. A deficit in one area leads to struggle in another.
