I’m Sivan. I am practical Kabbalist, a lover of ancient wisdom and modern science, a believer in women’s ability to reconnect to their higher spiritual potential. I am the founder of “Binahtit,” a company dedicated to helping women like you live an authentic, powerful life! Whether you would like to focus on your love relationship, your personal development, or your wellbeing, I am here to share practical wisdom and to help you create your “Desired Reality.”
Where it all began...
Women in the kitchen had a whole different meaning in my household: in times of need, the kitchen was transformed into a laboratory.
Since I was a little girl, I was inspired to follow in their footsteps. At the age of 10, I became a vegan. I was mentored by an amazing doctor and healer, who taught me about the power of food, vitamins and herbs. Eventually, I turned this passion into a career, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, and herbology. In my early 20’s I relocated to New York City with a desire to expand my studies and share my passion for conscious living. I completed a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and studied Ayurvedic Medicine with Dr. Aparna Bapat.
I began my career as a clinical nutritionist in St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. Most of my patients were pregnant women, children, and adults with endocrine disorders. At the end of my 20’s, I was blessed to meet my spiritual mentor Dr. Joseph Michael Levry – a world renown Kabbalist and the founder of Naam – who helped me to delve deeper into the wisdom of Kabbalah and Yoga.
I became an active member of the International Naam Yoga Therapies Teacher Training Program Team. I taught Universal Kabbalah in various locations in the US, Mexico, Brazil and Israel. I was certified in Harmonyum, an alternative healing technique that balances the autonomic nervous system, promoting the body’s capacity to heal itself and slow the aging process. I began to juggle many projects, and although it felt gratifying eventually, my body became over taxed. I decided to give up the security of a 9-5 job, and focus solely on building my own coaching business.
My consultations with clients were nutritional and Ayurvedic focused, but grew organically to include coaching on relationships, career, and personal development. It gave me a platform to share all of my gifts, and reminded me of my childhood dream of becoming a “Renaissance Woman.” I was never comfortable being labeled or being confined to one area.
I believe with all of my heart that human beings are beautifully complex, and true healing requires attention to all areas: mental, physical and emotional. A deficit in one area leads to struggle in another.
Naturally as time went by, my mission became clearer and my methods more refined. I founded the Binahtit School, a platform to share all the goodies I’ve received throughout the years.
My mission is to bring women together to celebrate their feminine power, and express their authentic voices.
Who is Binahtit...
The word ‘Binahtit,’ phonetically pronounced Bi’Na’Tit, corresponds to the sphere “Binah” on the Tree of Life.In Kabbalah, the Tree of Life, or the blueprint of Creation, contains 10 different vessels (spheres) that work together to create a state of harmony. “Binah” corresponds to the energy of the Divine Mother and represents joy, inspiration, patience, accountability, passion, and infinite possibilities.
Binahtit is a woman who becomes an instrument of the Divine Mother, and is committed to sharing these attributes with the world.
