You will find out what to eat and what not to, what type of exercise will be suitable for your body, and what daily routine will support your body the best. In addition at this point you will dive deeper into a more advanced meditation practice. You’ll also learn how to start and end your day to support wellbeing on all levels: mental, emotional and physical. By the completion of this module, you’ll know how to take care of your body and mind, and how to use your kitchen as laboratory for time of needs.
