You will learn advanced meditation techniques and ritual to help you to actively abandon the habit of engaging in a negative self-talk as it may never produce the circumstance that you desire.
In this module, you’ll learn to stay connected to the creative power of your uterus. Whether your intention is to give birth to a new project or to give birth to a physical baby, you will learn to construct the steps you need to move from thought to demonstration. There is an invisible force that unites all of our creative energies together, and we need to learn how to move within its rhythm. You will learn to attract new opportunities that are aligned with your unique desires. You will receive advanced meditation to help you harness the powers of your  creative energy.
To love and receive love is still one of the most challenging thing for many of us — and yet something inside of us preventing us to give it up. In this module you’ll learn how to harmonize your love relationship, the importance of self-love and self-care. You will learn to build a strong foundation to help you and your partner grow together in spirit. You will also learn how to balance the two polarities of feminine (Eve) and masculine (Adam) within you using breathwork and meditation. You will learn the right and wrong way to communicate with your partner. By the end of this module, you will learn practical strategies to build trust, delve into deeper connection and move away from codependency.Â
The key to living a  long healthy life is knowing your body type. In this module, you’ll learn the fundamentals of health and wellbeing according to Ayurveda and Universal Kabbalah. You will find out what to eat and what not to, what type of exercise will be suitable for your body, and what daily routine will support your body the best. In addition at this point you will dive deeper into a more advanced meditation practice.  You’ll also learn how to start and end your day to support wellbeing on all levels: mental, emotional and physical. By the completion of this module, you’ll know how to take care of your body and mind, and how to use your kitchen as laboratory for time of needs.
The ability to create a prosperous reality is very essential for a sustainable life. The idea of abundance is sometimes interpreted in a very narrow way, with a focus on material goods. A much broader definition of abundance comes from the Kabbalistic perspective urging us to focus on creating positive impact in the world. In this module, you’ll learn timeless principles and strategies to help you thrive.  You’ll also learn create habits of thoughts that are aligned with abundance. As human beings, we are the recipients of an abundance of goodness. You will learn what you need to do in order to allow abundance to flow into your life. You will learn to balance force and form – acting and receiving.
